Promise:
Top Cams features a monthly payment fee for membership. This is opposed to the pay per minute features of many other web cam sites. Approximately 1000 different models are featured on the website through a series of different cameras placed throughout the studio. Users can move these cameras to achieve any desirable view.

Impression:
My initial thought in reviewing the Top Cams site is that it is merely a carbon copy of Seventeen Live. The same technical issues that exist on Seventeen Live seem to also be present here. Both sites present the same setup and layout. The selection of girls appears to be different. That is good news for users who are already members of Seventeen Live. Let’s have a look at other aspects of the website to see if this is the only distinction between the two.

 Like Seventeen Live, there appeared to be no more than 5 video chats going on simultaneously. Two of these featured performers who wanted to do anything but get naked. In the remaining three chats, the girls do get naked and engage in whatever activities were being requested of them.  At times, some of the girls were ones that I have previously seen on Seventeen Live. Just something to keep in mind as far as membership goes.

The operation of the video chat is fairly simple. Select a girl you would like to see. A pop up window appears with the video controls and viewing screen. Open this screen one step further to provide a larger viewing area. There are a total of three different camera views with each chat. Also included is a chat window where you can engage in conversation with the girl, make special requests or whatever you wish to do. The action is x-rated in nature. For some of the more freaky requests, the girl may require you to purchase a gift for her through the virtual gift shop.

By doing so, you receive the one-on-one treatment of a pay per minute site without having to worry about running up your credit card. You decide how much to give each girl in the VIP Section. Membership here is not needed to have fun on the website. It merely enhances the online experience of Top Cams.

Regular membership entitles you to browse the models section and see what their profiles reveal about them. Photo posted are from previous web cam sessions. This gives you a better sense of who you are getting involved with during your session.

One of the best ways to become friendly with the girls is buying gifts in the virtual gift shop. This can be done directly in the chat window of your session or by a separate trip to the gift shop. The best setting to view these videos is in full screen mode. Overall, video presentation is smoother and clearer than with other cam video sites. While there are a wide range of video selections available, it is a scaled down version of full membership to Seventeen Cinema. Therefore, you only receive two videos per DVD.

Top Cams membership costs $29.22 for 30 days. This fee is charged on a recurring basis to the credit card you specify.

Conclusion:
The weird thing about Top Cams is how closely it mimics Seventeen Live. For that reason, I do not understand why the owners felt the need to create the second website. There is the possibility that I am missing something or looking for something that is not present. To me, it seems that Top Cam presents the same problems as Seventeen Live. Although the price is monthly and not pay per minute, I can not justify the site being worth that monthly fee. The premise is that it’s a way to get one-on-one sex with a camera girl without paying by the minute. By the time you’re done buying virtual gifts and paying the monthly fee, you have pretty much paid the price anyway.
